Facebook is one of the most popular social networking website now. Day by day it increases its security setting for privacy issue. People can find your

profile by entering your name in search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Msn. Etc. You don’t want to show up your profile in search engines such as Google, yahoo and msn. You can do it by edit some Facebook default settings to keep you invisible mode

1. Go to Facebook website and login to your account by putting user name and password
2. Next click on Account on the top right corner of your home page
3. From the drop down menu choose Privacy Settings
4. Then click the link that named Search
5. To limit Facebook searches, go to the Facebook Search Results dropdown
6. Change the setting from Everyone to Only Friends
7. Go to the Public Search Results section and uncheck the Allow checkbox
8. Next click the Confirm button when the Are you sure? Box appears

Now your profile will no longer show up in search engine results. If you want to enable the feature latter just choose Everyone instep-6 and check the Allow checkbox as mentioned in step-7
