You are installing Google Chrome for browsing internet in your PC. You all know the tetra colored Google Chrome logo. But you might not know about
the Gold icon logo of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome gold icon logo is hidden from you. It is available in every computer installed with Google Chrome. Note that the gold icon is from the Canary build. It’s also stored in the executable file of the regular version
- Right click the Google Chrome icon in the desktop
- Then choose Properties from the drop down menu
- From the Shortcut tab click Change Icon at the bottom
- Now you find the Gold icon along with few more icons
- Just click on that Gold icon and press OK
- Then click on Apply and OK to save the changes
- Now the Google Chrome gold icon is showing on your desktop
