  1. Just add all photos to the picture library
  2. Then right click on the desktop and choose Personalize
  3. Next personalization window will open
  4. In that window at the bottom of the screen click Desktop Background
  5. In the Picture location spin box, choose Pictures library
  6. You’ll notice that by default, all the images are chosen by default
  7. Uncheck images that you don’t want to add
  8. Then in the Change picture every spin box, set a time limit and click Save changes
