In earlier versions of Windows it was really a difficult task to search for a particular program. But now it is possible to search for files, folders and more
through the Start menu of your Windows 7 computer. The search menu is the best time saver application which is added to the window in start search option both in windows 7 and vista. User might not found the recycle bin icon in the start menu. User has to add the shortcut to the start menu in the start menu for the access of recycle bin. Just follow the below tutorial
- Click on the windows start menu and type %AppData%MicrosoftWindowsStart Menu
- Then click Enter and also click on the Programs link
- Then explorer window will open
- Right-Click anywhere in the blank area in the window and choose New then Shortcut from the context menu
- In the location box type explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder and click Next
- Then type a name for the shortcut and click on Finish button
- For giving complete look right click on the shortcut icon and choose Properties
- Then click the Shortcut tab and then click Change Icon… button
- Then choose the icon of Recycle Bin and hit the button of OK
If the icon path is in wrong folder then type %SystemRoot%system32imageres.dll in the Look for icons in this file box
