Colors and Fonts shown in the Web Pages can be altered or changed using options in the Internet Explorer. This works when Web Pages do not display or identify Colors and Fonts in the same webpage. Usually Web Pages are designed in such a way that it can work with a specific default color and type of font. The setting to alter fonts and color can be overruled.
To use custom Colors and Fonts in the Web Pages even though it is stated by the website developer, the following steps has to be followed

Step 1 : Open Internet Explorer browser
Step 2 : Go to Tools menu and from the drop down menu choose Internet Options
Step 3 : Click on General tab and click on Fonts to change fonts

Step 4 : Specify the fonts you want to use and click on OK
Step 5 : To alter colors go to General tab and click on Colors
Step 6 : Pick the colors and font you want to experiment by clearing the Use Windows color checkbox

Step 7 : To change fonts and colors in all web sites just go to General tab and click on Accessibility option
Step 8 : Then Check “Ignore colors, font styles, font sizes” etc. stated on Web Pages checkboxes
Step 9 : Finally OK to save the changes
Some Web Pages might have designed in such a way to prevent or block changes to Colors and Fonts, in such case the above setting will not effect on those Web Pages.
